Overview
Outsource Energy is actively hiring motivated, career-driven Canvassers to reach out to local communities to help households and individuals qualify for free or low-cost health insurance through the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Health Insurance Marketplace.
You’ll work directly in the field – visiting neighborhoods, community centers, and local events in your area – to help find and enroll eligible customers for this government-backed benefit program.

Compensation
- ACA- Pay Per Qualified Leads
- Average agents earn $1000–$2500+ weekly, depending on performance

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and screen eligibility for free to low-cost health insurance
- Accurately enter basic client information into the portal
- Connect leads to the Marketplace agents
- Meet weekly or monthly performance goals
Qualifications
- Prior experience in door-to-door sales, event marketing, canvassing, or insurance marketing (Required).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a smartphone, internet access, and basic computer skills.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
