Front Desk Staff

We are looking for Bilingual Customer Service / Front Desk professional to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer support, managing office operations, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and staff. Fluent in English and spanish is a must.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and create a positive experience

Process transactions accurately (cash, credit, debit)

Answer product questions and offer recommendations

Assist with appointment scheduling answer product questions and offer recommendations

Keep the checkout area clean and organized

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently

Assist with inventory and restocking

Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the office environment is organized and efficient

Handle Customer concerns professionally

Follow all cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures

Requirements

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required

Retail or customer service experience preferred

Comfortable with cash handling and POS systems

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Strong communication and phone etiquette

Basic math skills

Reliable, punctual amd able to multitask

Works well with a team and stay positive

Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Full-time schedule, 5 days per week

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence
