<p>The <strong>IT Project Manager</strong> is responsible for running multiple technology projects consisting of New Banking Centers, Relocations, Decommissions, and Reconfigurations for a large financial client. This includes overseeing the cabling, network equipment installations, Cisco phone installations, and other network technologies that may be introduced into the branch environment.</p>
<p><strong>PRIMARY DUTIES:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage network, Audio Video, cabling and install projects</li>
<li>Manage vendors, prepare quotes and receive proposals, negotiate pricing</li>
<li>Manage revenue and cost expectations of the project to meet required margins</li>
<li>Work with multiple business units, including Real Estate, Security, and other units to understand requirements and timelines for each project</li>
<li>Participate in various required project meetings</li>
</ul>

<li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)</li>
<li>Proficient time management skills; sense of urgency</li>
<li>Analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to follow a project through its lifecycle to successful deployment</li>
<li>Ability to communicate technical documentation</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and industry that is continually changing</li>
<li>Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technical/business requirements and offer creative solutions</li>
<li>Ability to solve problems independently, quickly, and completely, and to communicate solutions clearly to peers</li>
<li>Ability to work flexible hours and available afterhours/weekends if required to meet project completion dates</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2-4 years’ experience in network technology Project Management</li>
<li>2-4 years’ experience managing vendors</li>
<li>Experience preparing labor/material quotes</li>
<li>Background in IT Service Delivery</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>PMP Certification</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.</li>
<li>Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing).</li>
<li>Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus. This includes prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT: </strong>Remote – Full time position working Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Some overtime maybe required to meet demands.<strong> </strong></p>
