How you’ll contribute

As a Warehouse Specialist, you'll play a key part in keeping our operations moving like a well-oiled machine.

Your day-to-day will look something like this

• Coordinate with the production team to prioritize material needs and complete order fulfillment
• Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to support daily warehouse operations
• Prepare finished goods for storage or shipment, ensuring proper labeling and placement
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials following established food-safety and warehouse procedures
• Organize and maintain warehouse areas to ensure efficiency, safety, and cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively replenish materials to maintain uninterrupted production flow
• Prepare and stage materials for production based on upcoming work orders and schedules.
• Maintain documentation and logs related to material usage, movement, and cycle count
• Support continuous-improvement efforts by identifying workflow or organization opportunities
• Assist warehouse leadership with special projects such as reorganizing storage layouts or improving processes

What you’ll bring with you

• At least 1 year of forklift experience (sit-down or stand-up)
• Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet
• A knack for organization and staying ahead of pick orders.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn systems and processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Forklift certification is a plus - but we can certify you if needed.
