We are partnering with a leading global investment platform to identify a highly skilled Quantitative Developer to join one of their internal systematic investment teams. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing researcher workflows, enabling portfolio managers and analysts to optimize their time on alpha generation and production strategies.

The Role

As a Quantitative Developer, you will

• Build processes that generalize onboarding and enrichment of new datasets into the firm’s database.
• Develop a suite of generalized data validation tests and metrics.
• Apply tests across all datasets on the platform, prioritizing and reporting results daily.
• Implement tools to facilitate capturing research processes and results, including MLOps.
• Enhance backtesting and researcher workflows to run at scale.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in object-oriented programming (OOP) — strong preference for C++ and Java.
• Advanced Python development skills.
• Strong understanding of computer science design patterns.
• Solid financial domain knowledge, particularly in research workflows.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools.
• Experience with KDB+ and Linux is a plus.
• Exposure to AWS, orchestration/scheduling tools, and related technologies desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record of ownership and delivering impactful results.
