MobieGo — Founding Operator (Driver + Growth) — BETA

Orlando, FL | Full-time | 3-month BETA program (with path to official launch team)

Who we are

MobieGo is building a rider-first, driver-first, advertiser-first platform that honors people before profit. We’re recruiting the first three drivers/operators in Orlando to help establish the standard, build the network, and prove the model in a real-world BETA.

The role

This is a hybrid field role: you will drive (Uber/Lyft/concierge during BETA) while learning to represent MobieGo in the market. You’ll help recruit like-minded drivers, provide feedback from the street, and learn how to introduce advertisers to MobieGo with provided leads and training.

What you’ll do

• Deliver a premium rider experience: professional, consistent, and customer-first (think chauffeur/butler mindset).
• Drive on Uber/Lyft/concierge platforms during the 3-month BETA period while MobieGo validates operations and earnings models.
• Learn and follow the MobieGo process — consistency matters. (Personal style is great; chaos is not.)
• Help build the Orlando driver network by recruiting and referring quality drivers who fit the standard.
• Learn how to introduce MobieGo to advertisers using provided leads and training; set meetings and support early partner onboarding.
• Communicate clearly and reliably with the MobieGo leadership team (updates, issues, wins, and market feedback).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong character, professionalism, and customer service mindset.
• Clean vehicle 10 years old or newer.
• Ability to maintain appropriate insurance coverage (including full coverage; rideshare/concierge requirements apply).
• Ability to pass background checks (criminal, driving history, and illegal drugs).
• Willingness to learn sales and marketing basics (experience is a plus, not required).
• Reliable, consistent, and coachable — this is not a part-time role.

Preferred (nice-to-have)

• Experience in sales especially advertising sales, marketing, hospitality, rideshare, or concierge services.
• Comfort speaking with business owners and setting appointments.
• Experience training or mentoring others.

Compensation & upside

During BETA, you may earn through your Uber/Lyft/concierge driving plus additional income tied to MobieGo’s tablet advertising and early growth efforts. Top performers will be considered for the official MobieGo launch team, which includes an upgraded compensation package upon migration to the MobieGo driver platform.

BETA timeline

1. Phase 1 (Now): Selection of the first three founding operators in Orlando.

2. Phase 2 (BETA — 3 months): Drive + learn the process + help build driver network + learn advertiser introduction.

3. Phase 3 (Official launch): Migrate to the MobieGo driver platform with enhanced compensation.
