Job Description

Metas Solutions has an immediate opening for a talented Software Developer I –SharePoint & Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our seasoned development professionals to conceptualize, construct, and maintain SharePoint and Power Platform solutions aimed at boosting our clients' productivity and streamlining their operational workflows. This position offers an outstanding chance to acquire practical, hands-on experience while making valuable contributions to real-world projects.

As a SharePoint & Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you will play a pivotal role within an Agile team, working alongside product owners, business analysts, fellow developers, and various team members. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire development lifecycle, including design, coding, iterative refinement, rigorous testing, and ultimately delivering high-quality technical solutions that not only meet but exceed business requirements. Proficiency in data analysis will be a crucial skill as you craft insightful reports to support our projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to gather and understand requirements.
• Design, develop, and customize Power Apps and Power Automate flows to support and automate business processes.
• Build and maintain Power Apps integrated with Dataverse, including data modeling and data migration.
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
• Assist in the integration of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with other systems and applications.
• Actively communicate with team members through email, Microsoft Teams, and other tools.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, provide end‑user support, and recommend enhancements.
• Stay current with the latest SharePoint and Power Platform features, capabilities, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Ten years of professional IT experience.
• Five years of experience developing for SharePoint and/or the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• A desire to grow and develop professionally as a software developer.
