• The Unified Experience for PE team at Carta helps private equity firms easily see and manage their portfolio companies by creating connected and user-friendly tools.
• The team's core focus is to create a unified experience for investors — including detailed views for PE-backed LLCs.

Some key problem areas you will be working on include:

• Frammented experience - The platform lacks unified dashboards for all investment entities, especially PE-backed LLCs, making portfolio overviews difficult.
• Mising Valuations and Insights - Key information (valuations, holdings, financials, KPIs) is not easily accessible for PE-backed LLCs and FA issuers, limiting transparency.
• Cumbersome Entry to Key Products - No streamlined way to access essential tools (e.g., valuations, data monitoring) from portfolio views.
• Disconnected Platform Workflows - Data and workflows across investments, valuation, and reporting aren't well integrated—impacting product launches and analytics.
