Collections Specialist-Orlando

LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Collections Specialist position open with our client in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, contract to hire role .

Responsibilities

Monitoring, collecting & maintaining a portfolio of accounts
Monitoring cash reports for unapplied payments
Maintaining AR aging report
Preparing write-off recommendations and journal entries

Experience

Minimum of two years of B2B collections experience required
Strong customer service & teamwork experience

Education

High school diploma or GED required

Knowledge/Skills

Strong attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication and organizational skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel & Word

Work Hours/Pay Rate

Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
$20-24/hr.
