Collections Specialist-Orlando

LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Collections Specialist position open with our client in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, contract to hire role .
Responsibilities
- Monitoring, collecting & maintaining a portfolio of accounts
- Monitoring cash reports for unapplied payments
- Maintaining AR aging report
- Preparing write-off recommendations and journal entries
Experience
- Minimum of two years of B2B collections experience required
- Strong customer service & teamwork experience
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge/Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel & Word
Work Hours/Pay Rate
- Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
- $20-24/hr.
