Lead the software testing team in developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design appropriate testing plans.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Conduct manual and automated testing of software products to identify bugs, defects, and performance issues.
Mentor and guide junior testers in best practices for software testing.
Act as a technical resource for the team, providing guidance on complex technical issues and troubleshooting.
Continuously improve and optimize the testing processes and methodologies.
Communicate testing progress, results, and issues to stakeholders and management.
Work closely with developers to reproduce, analyze, and resolve reported defects.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software testing techniques and tools.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in all testing activities.
Contribute to the overall improvement of the software development process.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of test automation scripts.
Conduct performance and load testing to identify and address any potential issues.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of software products.
Act as a point of contact for any testing-related queries or concerns from stakeholders.
