Job Summary

TDLR is seeking two senior-level Software Developer 3 professionals to support the Charitable Bingo Operations Division (CBOD). The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining secure .NET public-facing applications and internal systems supporting Lottery and Charitable Bingo operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain secure .NET web applications

Perform analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation

Work with SQL/PL-SQL databases

Manage version control and system documentation

Provide technical support and coordinate programming projects

Ensure compliance with agency standards and regulations

Required Qualifications

8+ years experience with SQL or PL/SQL

8+ years software version control experience

8+ years developing secure .NET public websites

8+ years C#, ASP.NET (.NET 8.0+ minimum 2 years)

8+ years HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Experience developing system documentation

Preferred

Python batch scripting

Agile methodology

Syncfusion & Bold Reports

Google/Apple authentication integration

• NET LINQ

Java development

Knowledge of Charitable Bingo rules & data exchange standards
