Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience with OpenText Performance Center / LoadRunner and Tricentis NeoLoad's functionality, technology, scripting capabilities, and features for designing and running load tests
• Experience in performance testing concepts and techniques, types of system performance tests and their goals
• Experience with performance monitoring tools, such as, Datadog
• Experience with at least 2 relational database management systems (e.g., DB2, Oracle, MongoDB)
• Proven proficiency with: SQL and PL/SQL
• Strong understanding with system and application monitoring concepts
• Strong understanding of Server, Network, Virtualization and Database concepts.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile processes, quality assurance life cycle and testing methodologies
• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (in English)
