Sr. Full Stack Developer (.NET, C#, Angular)

Location: Toronto, Ontario (3 days per week onsite)

Duration: PERM

Salary: 110,000-134,000 CAD/year

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years working with C#/.NET (Backend)
• Strong, recent Angular experience, ideally 4+ years, building modern web applications
• Experience with newer versions of Angular (14-17+)
• Knowledge of Angular Signals (how different parts of an Angular application share information and react to changes)
• Strong SQL/database skills, including writing SQL and troubleshooting complicated database issues
• Experience with TypeScript
• True full-stack developer who can work across the front end (Angular), back end (C#/.NET), and database (SQL)
• Strong debugging/problem-solving skills, especially someone comfortable figuring out why an application is not working and fixing the root issue

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with NgRx (used with Angular applications)
• Experience with Azure/cloud
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience with Azure DevOps/CI/CD
• Data migration or replacing old/legacy systems

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Developer (.NET, C#, Angular) for a top healthcare technology client to help build and launch a new administration platform supporting its U.S. health business. This is a hands-on, Angular-focused full-stack role working primarily with modern Angular/TypeScript, C#/.NET, and SQL. The new platform is targeted to go live in Q1, so this developer will play a key role in building new features and enhancements, migrating data from the legacy system, preparing the application for production, and troubleshooting issues during go-live. Following the launch, they will continue supporting and enhancing the platform as the legacy system is retired. The ideal candidate is an independent, senior-level developer with strong modern Angular, including Signals, C#/.NET backend, and SQL/database skills who is comfortable working on a small team and owning development through production.
