The Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Tester will provide test plans, artifact reviews, and Agile process services, ensuring requirements are accurately implemented and tested. The role emphasizes the consistency of Agile processes in line with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers to create, implement, and execute full test plans to ensure total product quality.
• Utilize Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) to track test reviews, ensuring test procedures cover full Acceptance Criteria.
• Analyze component test results for business stories.
• Export EWM Test Review tasks for inclusion in monthly reports.
• Identify and track defects, collaborating across teams for resolutions.
• Conduct regression testing to validate fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives) to align testing efforts with team goals.

Requirements

• Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in testing and analysis.
• Familiarity with EWM tools.
• Experience with Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V).

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or related certification.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and data analytics.
• Active DHS Fitness Determination; Public Trust.

Qualifications
