Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist with knowledge in Content Management System and Digital Service Request to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital platforms, including websites and applications built on AEM, as well as digital service request processes. The QA Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop test strategies, execute test cases, and identify and report defects throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 Plus years of experience in quality assurance/testing roles, preferably in digital/web development projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or any content management system and familiarity with digital service request processes.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Korean/English speaking bilingual is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GIT and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Understanding of web accessibility standards and testing methodologies (e.g., WCAG).
