About the Role

You’ll play a key role in shaping and advancing the testing strategy across critical server-side components. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to the code, building scalable automation solutions, and partnering with developers to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

Build and evolve test automation infrastructure

• Develop scalable, reusable testing frameworks used across engineering teams. You’ll collaborate with developers and technical stakeholders to ensure the framework is intuitive, robust, and widely adopted.

Write and run automated tests

• Create and maintain automated test suites—including unit, integration, system, end-to-end, and regression tests. Deep dive into code when needed to perform white-box testing and uncover complex defects.

Shape testing strategy within CI/CD workflows

• Strengthen automated test coverage in existing pipelines and introduce improvements to increase reliability, performance, and visibility.

Support performance and non-functional testing

• Contribute to automation efforts that validate system behaviour beyond core functionality.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks at scale
• Proficiency in Python, with working knowledge of C++
• Solid understanding of testing best practices and a passion for delivering high-quality software
• Experience working on server-side systems
• Background in trading platforms or exchange connectivity is highly valued
• Familiarity with TCP/IP and related networking concepts
