Part-time omelet Station Cook

Schedule: Ever Saturday and Sunday morning, 5:30am - 11am

Position Summary

The Omelet Station Cook is responsible for preparing made-to-order omelets and other breakfast items at a live action station while delivering excellent guest service. This role requires strong culinary skills, a friendly and engaging personality, and the ability to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook omelets, eggs, and other breakfast items to guest specifications.
Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional, personable service throughout the interaction.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-stocked omelet station at all times.
Ensure all food items are prepared according to culinary standards, recipes, and food safety guidelines.
Set up and break down the station daily, including stocking ingredients, utensils, and supplies.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper holding temperatures.
Follow all health department, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Assist with general breakfast buffet support as needed (stocking, replenishing, cleaning).
Communicate supply or maintenance needs to the culinary leadership team.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth breakfast operations.

Qualifications

Previous culinary or breakfast cooking experience preferred; omelet-station experience is a plus.
Strong guest service and communication skills. Fluent English-speaking mandatory.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Dependable, punctual, and professional.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout shift.
Ability to safely operate cooking equipment.
Ability to lift, carry, and transport food items and supplies.
