About the Role

Get BAKED is building our 2026 crew and we’re hiring FOH & BOH Staff who want fast-paced work, great vibes, travel opportunities, and a real path to level up. If you bring energy and teamwork, you’ll fit right in.

IF YOU ARE ABLE TO DRIVE A TRUCK AND TRAILER AND/OR TROLLEY, there is additional pay involved.

What You’ll Do — FOH (Front of House)

Take orders + run POS with speed and personality
Help EXPO (handing out food, calling names, keeping flow smooth)
Engage with customers — hype, friendly, fun, HIGH ENERGY
Restock sauces, drinks, utensils, and front-line needs throughout the day
Support samples / guest interactions
Assist with end-of-night cleaning + breakdown
Keep the front line moving during rushes

What You’ll Do — BOH (Back of House)

Dough handling, rolling, stuffing, baking
Support prep, kitchen flow, and high-volume production
Maintain clean, organized stations
Assist with kitchen setup + teardown

YOU CAN BE CROSS TRAINED, the more flexible you are, the better candidate you are! We are always moving pieces around to make the puzzle fit. Every crew is different. Every event is different. Being adaptable is key!

What We’re Looking For

Positive, reliable, upbeat energy
ENGAGING & friendly — FOH MUST bring the vibe
Good communication + willingness to learn
Ability to work long festival days (10–12 hrs when needed)
Able to lift 50 lbs is helpful
Comfortable working fast in busy environments
