HIRING 2 FOH & 2 BOH

Pay: $18/hr + tipshare + performance bonuses

Travel Stipend: $75 per event

Job Type: Event-based (growth into higher leadership roles)

About the Role

Get BAKED is hiring FOH & BOH Leads to support operations at concerts, festivals, and mobile events. Leads help manage staff, maintain workflow, ensure quality standards, and keep the energy high during fast-paced service.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee FOH or BOH operations during events
• Support staff + senior team members
• Maintain speed, organization, quality & cleanliness
• Assist with setup, service execution, and breakdown
• Communicate with the Event Lead to keep service flowing

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership experience in food service, events, or hospitality
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Positive, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Able to work long event shifts (10–15 hrs)
• Able to lift 30–40 lbs and move efficiently
