QA Automation Engineer

Job Description

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will follow the full software development life cycle and agile Scrum methodologies to produce high-quality software.

You will script tests and automate them using Selenium WebDriver with C#, Java, JavaScript for user interface (UI). Maintain Selenium automation code and resources in source controls such as TFS and Git for improvements and new features.

Identify defects, prepare defect reports, perform status reports, bug triage, and defect tracking using VSTS and Jira. Work closely with the development team on a module and enhance the framework, including a hybrid framework and a Page Object Model/Data-driven approach using Visual Studio, C#, and Java.

Use JavaScript executors to locate elements and test AngularJS actions; use SoapUI to test REST web services.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Computer Science and at least 2 years of experience as a Programmer Analyst.

Experience should include designing software systems, networks, and modifications; designing training procedures for system use; troubleshooting and providing technical assistance; upgrading computer hardware and software; integrating data from various back-end services and databases.
