Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required).
Experience
Minimum 4 years of professional Android development experience with a deep understanding of the Android SDK and Kotlin.Minimum 2 years experience with Jetpack Compose. You should be comfortable building complex layouts, custom modifiers, and high-performance components.Mastery of MVVM and a solid understanding of Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection (Hilt/Dagger), and Coroutines/Flow for asynchronous state management.Experience consuming RESTful APIs and handling real-time data streams (WebSockets or WebRTC) which power the voice assistant's logic.

Interactive Motion: Proven experience integrating Rive (or similar state-machine-based animation tools like Lottie) into production applications.Familiarity with Agile development processes.Multi-process, multi-tasking or multi-threaded based applications.Excellent communication skills.

The expected annual salary range for this Ford of Canada position is $74,000.00- $124,000.00 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our Annual Compensation bonus program.
