About The Role
We’re hiring a Client Services Associate to support and strengthen relationships with our clients while ensuring a smooth, positive customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping accounts succeed over time.
As a Client Services Associate, you’ll act as a key point of contact for assigned clients—handling day-to-day account needs, supporting service requests, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver reliable, high-quality service. What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients or customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and follow-up
- Support client needs including updates, service requests, and account changes
- Conduct outbound check-ins to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
- Track account activity, service issues, and opportunities in the CRM
- Assist with onboarding new clients to ensure a smooth transition
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Share product updates, promotions, and service information with clients
- Prepare basic reports, notes, and account summaries as needed
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and organization
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple accounts at once
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable learning new systems and tools
- Proactive, positive attitude and strong follow-through
- Experience in customer service, client services, retail, hospitality, or account support is a plus — but not required
