Job Description

E2E Cleaning Services is seeking an experienced and reliable Strip & Wax subcontractor to support commercial floor care projects in the Orlando, Florida area.

This is a project-based subcontract opportunity with the potential for ongoing work, depending on performance and availability.

Project details will be shared only after reviewing your portfolio and experience.

Scope of Work

• Commercial floor stripping and waxing
• VCT and similar hard floor surfaces
• One-time project initially, with future projects available

Compensation & Terms

• Rate: (project rate)
• Payment Terms: Net-30
• Contract Type: Independent Subcontractor (1099)
• Start Date: To be confirmed after portfolio review

Requirements

• Registered business (LLC, Corp, etc.)
• Minimum 2 years of professional strip & wax experience
• Must provide own equipment, including:
• Floor machines
• Wet vacuums
• Chemicals and supplies
• General liability insurance required (proof upon request)
• Reliable crew and ability to meet project timelines
• Portfolio required (before/after photos or prior project references)
