Job Description

An established sign and graphics production shop in Orlando is seeking a hands-on Production Print Operator with experience in screen printing and UV flatbed digital printing. This is a production-focused role, not a management or supervisory position.

The ideal candidate is comfortable operating multiple machines and supporting daily sign shop and print production, including printing, setup, and finishing.

Responsibilities

• Operate screen printing equipment (flatstock / signage)
• Operate UV flatbed digital printers
• Set up jobs, run production, and perform basic troubleshooting
• Assist with sign manufacturing, cutting, and finishing
• Maintain organized, efficient print production workflows
• Support multiple production tasks as needed

Requirements

Required

• Hands-on experience as a screen printer (flatstock or signage)
• Experience with UV flatbed printing or digital large-format printing
• Background in a sign shop, print shop, or graphics production environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and production-focused

Preferred (not required)

• Experience with RIP software (Onyx, Caldera, etc.)
• Cutting and finishing experience
• Wide-format or digital print production experience

This Position Is Not

• Not a management role
• Not a supervisory position
• Not an office or desk job

This is a working production operator position.
