Auto Detailer

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Auto Detailer to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional cleaning and detailing services to ensure vehicles meet the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, excellent customer service skills, and experience in vehicle cleaning and detailing. Prior janitorial or custodial experience, along with skills in car wash, buffing, window tinting, and driving, are highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including interior and exterior detailing
• Wash and dry vehicles using appropriate car wash techniques and equipment
• Polish, buff, and apply protective coatings to enhance vehicle appearance
• Clean windows, mirrors, wheels, tires, and other vehicle components to a high standard
• Apply window tinting films as needed with precision and care
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including janitorial duties as required
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
• Assist with light maintenance tasks related to vehicle care and detailing tools
• Drive company vehicles for pick-up or delivery of vehicles when necessary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial work is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of vehicle cleaning products, buffing techniques, and window tinting is a plus
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is desirable
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and lift light to moderate loads as needed
