We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Analyst Healthcare Domain - Payer & Claims Testing to join our dynamic team. Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

5 – 8 years of experience in healthcare testing and Ability to handle the team

Experience in healthcare application testing with experience with Payer, provider and claims testing.

Experience in working of the end-to-end flows in these modules including creating documentation for other users

Experience in healthcare EDI testing is preferable

Experience in working with excel, word and related IT systems and other behavioral ones and communication related

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the testing efforts for web applications ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements.

Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases utilizing your expertise in testing tools and frameworks.

Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability in the testing process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects by enhancing the overall quality of the product.

Utilize SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira to manage and track testing activities ensuring efficient workflow and communication.

Conduct manual end-to-end business process assurance testing focusing on the Claims Provider and Payer domains.

Implement best practices in testing methodologies continuously improving processes and outcomes.

Ensure comprehensive test coverage by identifying and addressing gaps in test cases and scenarios.

Mentor and guide junior testers fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.

Coordinate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure alignment in testing objectives.

Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to drive product improvements and enhancements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in testing tools and techniques.

Contribute to the company’s purpose by ensuring the delivery of reliable and high-quality solutions that positively impact society.

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until August 20th, 2025

The annual salary for this position is between $53,477– $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
