Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee Back of House operations during shifts with a focus on urgency, accuracy, and exceptional standards.
• Ensure the kitchen meets top-notch food safety and cleanliness standards while remaining organized and efficient.
• Mentor and develop Team Members and Trainers through continuous feedback and accountability.
• Implement training programs for new hires and product rollout, ensuring the team meets Chick-fil-A standards.
• Manage inventory, waste, staffing, and labor efficiency effectively.
• Work alongside Front of House leadership to provide seamless operations for outstanding guest experiences.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to food safety and brand standards.
• Previous experience in fast-paced kitchens or food production settings.

Position Requirements

• Availability to work 40+ hours a week, including peak meal periods and Saturdays.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to set a strong example and foster a high-performance culture.
• Prior kitchen leadership experience is essential; previous experience with Chick-fil-A is a plus but not necessary.
