Field Support Technician - Hybrid Telework

California Correctional Health Care Services, through the Department of State Hospitals, provides health care and hospital technology services. The Information Technology Associate supports the full lifecycle of end-user device solutions, including evaluation, configuration, provisioning, training, security, tracking, and end-user computing support.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision of the Information Technology Supervisor l, the Information Technology Associate performs a variety of recurring, well-defined tasks requiring occasional innovative problem solving with guidelines for the Department of State Hospitals (DSH)
• This includes elements such as the full lifecycle of end-user device solutions including evaluation, configuration, provisioning, training, security, tracking, and support for an end-user computing environment
