Our organization is a leading provider of intelligent video technology solutions. As a Vice President of Engineering, you will lead a team of software developers and QA engineers in implementing processes and procedures to maximize technical capabilities.

• Leading a team of software developers (QA and dev)
• Developing strategic planning for product development activities
• Estimating and scheduling completion of goals
• Managing multiple concurrent projects
• Implementing productivity-enhancing processes and procedures

Key Responsibilities include

Technically direct the software engineering team, developing strategies for project success and growth.

The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with a track record of driving innovation and achieving business objectives through effective leadership, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Preferred candidates will have experience managing teams, developing strategic plans, estimating and scheduling project completion, and improving productivity through process enhancements.

This position requires a strong background in software engineering management, 15+ years of software development experience, and a proven track record of leading research & development teams/organizations.
