Job description

• Extensive experience developing solutions on Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform, including Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace, case management, knowledge management, agent experience profiles, session templates, workstreams, and routing configurations.
• Strong hands-on development experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 5+, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and Entity Framework, building secure and scalable applications integrated with Azure SQL and REST APIs.
• Experience in custom Web API development, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and source control using Git, with solid knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS cloud service models.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments, developing secure .NET applications using OAuth, token/claims-based authentication, and API documentation using OpenAPI (Swagger); Dynamics 365 and Azure certifications preferred.
