Job description

• Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience designing and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (Case Management, Knowledge Management, Customer Service Workspace, agent profiles, session templates, routing) and the Microsoft Power Platform, leveraging both low-code and custom development approaches.
• Integration & Azure Solution Design: Strong working knowledge of Dynamics 365 interoperability and integration with Microsoft cloud technologies, including Azure services, Azure SQL, Web APIs, and custom integrations using ASP.NET / .NET Core and Entity Framework.
• Cloud, DevOps & CI/CD: Proven experience across Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform environments, with hands-on expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud service models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
• Delivery & Methodologies: Experienced in Agile delivery models (Kanban, task boards), with Dynamics 365 and Azure certifications preferred.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclosure
