Job description
- Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Development: Extensive experience developing solutions in Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (Customer Service) including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Customer Service Workspace configuration, Agent Experience Profile, session templates, workstreams, and routing, along with Power Platform for low-code and custom development.
- .NET & API Development: Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core / .NET 5+, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and Entity Framework / Dapper, including REST API development, OpenAPI (Swagger), and secure .NET applications using authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth, Windows Auth, token/claims-based security, and other industry standards.
- Cloud & DevOps Expertise: Experience building and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform, with strong understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models, along with Azure SQL, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Git-based source control, and cloud-based .NET development.
- Agile Development & Platform Knowledge: Proven experience working in Agile environments using Kanban/task boards, with solid understanding of .NET framework internals (CLR, IL, memory management) and relational databases such as SQL Server, with Dynamics 365 and Azure certifications preferred.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclosure
