To qualify for this RN-ER position, you must have a valid RN license and at least 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) is required. You should possess strong critical thinking skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication abilities. Preferred qualifications include experience with trauma care and certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
