• *What You’ll Do**
• Experience writing bare metal FW in C for DSP chips
• Familiarity with Serdes
• Familiarity with I2C/SPI/UART, NVM interfaces
• Familiarity with Ethernet and FEC
• Understanding of the optical module system requirements for FW
• Experience in digital verification, System Verilog and waveform debug
• Expert knowledge and strong interest in testing FW
• Experience in Python (primary scripting language for debug interfacing with DSP chip)
• *What You’ll Need**
• Own the testing of the full DSP FW load
• Testing of advanced features like hitless FW upgrading
• Interfacing with Serdes FW team and incorporating their code into the DSP code
• Supporting customer FW issues and working to solve them with AE/PM teams
