Schedule: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000

Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-level applications. This role will own development efforts end-to-end—from requirements through deployment—while working in a collaborative Agile environment.

This is a great opportunity for a developer who enjoys building scalable systems using modern technologies and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using C# and .NET technologies
• Build and support microservices-based architectures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile (Scrum/SAFe/XP) environment
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
• Contribute to front-end development using MVC, React, and Next.js
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support deployments and provide post-release support as needed
• Take ownership of projects from requirements through production

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant software development experience
• Strong experience with C# and .NET (full stack development)
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture (required)
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL / relational databases
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with front-end technologies such as MVC, React, and/or Next.js
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and system design

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience working on complex system integrations
