In This Role, You Will

  • Lead field engineering management, field inspections, and construction/commissioning activities to meet project objectives.
  • Ensure safety compliance through proactive site orientation, work permits, job safety analyses, toolbox meetings, and audits.
  • Manage all project documentation from development to handover, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Oversee communication between external and internal partners to achieve project goals efficiently.
  • Assist the Project Manager in contract administration and handle any contractual disputes that arise.
  • Track changes throughout the project phases, maintaining a change log and following proper approval processes.
  • Establish a thorough understanding of all project aspects for seamless support of the Project Manager.
  • Develop and manage the project schedule, addressing any delays promptly with the Project Director.
  • Facilitate the timely response to RFIs, ensuring a turnaround of less than 48 hours whenever possible.

Are You a Fit?

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of 5 years of field construction and commissioning experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline from an ABET accredited university preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the industrial gas sector is also an advantage.
