Job Title: Production Manager – Manufacturing Industry

Location: Orlando, FL

Employment Type: Full-Time / M-F 1st Shift and occasional Saturdays if needed

Pay: $70,000 - $90,000

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, high-quality production. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to manage resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.
Supervise and coordinate production staff, ensuring optimal workflow.
Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions when needed.
Maintain inventory of raw materials and coordinate with procurement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Track production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Communicate with other departments (logistics, sales, quality assurance) to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Production Manager in a Manufacturing Industry
Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control principles.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to plan, report and schedule as necessary
Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
